At HÄDDEN, we ship your order quickly and reliably across the U.S. and worldwide. Below you’ll find details on our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and tracking options.
1. Processing Time (3–5 Business Days)
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.
During busy seasons (holidays, Kickstarter campaigns, or product launches), processing may take slightly longer.
We always aim to ship your order as fast as possible while ensuring quality and accuracy.
2. Shipping Costs
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including returns (see our Refund Policy).
Typical shipping rates:
• U.S. domestic shipping: starting at $6–$12 depending on size/weight
• International shipping (Canada, UK, EU, Asia, Australia): calculated at checkout
3. Delivery Times (U.S. & International)
United States domestic shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International shipping: Estimated 7–14 business days, depending on country and customs clearance.
Delivery times may vary due to:
• U.S. national holidays
• Customs inspections for international orders
• Weather events or natural disruptions
• Global supply chain delays

4. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
Orders with pre-order or back-order items will ship as items become available.
We may ship available items first and send remaining items separately at no extra cost.
You’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear online.
You can track your order via the carrier’s website or our Tracking Page.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately at hadden.store@hadden.store.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
HÄDDEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If you need assistance, our support team will guide you on how to file a claim with the carrier.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
