At HÄDDEN, we want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are not, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, HÄDDEN will cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be: Unused, clean, and free of scratches, fur, stains, odors, or damage In the original packaging, with all inserts, screws, and accessories Shipped with proof of purchase Non-returnable items: Gift cards Final-sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective on arrival) Items returned after 30 days Items showing signs of heavy use, assembly, or alteration

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email hadden.store@hadden.store with your: Order number Item(s) you wish to return Reason for return We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label for U.S. customers. International customers will receive shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us with photos and details within 72 hours of delivery. Once approved, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. 5. Exchanges Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items reported within the policy window.

6. Sale & Discounted

Items Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale. They may only be refunded or replaced if defective upon arrival and reported within 72 hours.

7. Gifts

If your order was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns will be refunded as store credit. If the order was shipped to the original purchaser first (and then given to you later), the refund will go back to the original purchaser’s payment method.

8. Refused or Undeliverable

Packages If a package is refused or returned by the carrier, we will issue a refund minus a $15 restocking and return-shipping fee.

9. Refund Approval & Timing

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. If your return meets our requirements, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Returns that do not meet requirements may be rejected or subject to partial refunds.
